Fountain solutions
AQUAHEAT PLUS
Fountain solution additive for heatset web presses, formulated for operation without isopropyl alcohol. Supports uniform plate wetting and a balanced ink–water relationship.
FOUNT 2012 HARD
Fountain solution additive for alcohol-free sheetfed printing that helps prevent calcium deposits. Compatible with conventional and UV inks, including H-UV and LED-UV.

URAPRESS PLUS
Fountain solution additive for coldset web presses, compatible with different dampening systems. Helps maintain a stable ink–water balance and reduce residue buildup.

Plate processing
AGENTE GRABADOR
Washout agent for photopolymer printing plates. Compatible with FLEXCEL NX systems and with closed or recirculating processing units.
SOLFLEXO 60
Washout agent for solvent-process photopolymer plates. Its solvent blend supports effective washout and helps leave plates free from stains and impurities.
REVELADOR AVENIR
Ready-to-use developer, particularly recommended for positive thermal CTP plates. Suitable for processor or manual use, with agents that help limit calcium scale buildup.
Coatings and paper protection
COATING WB GLOSS
Water-based gloss coating for paper and paperboard. Offers fast drying and abrasion resistance, with application by anilox or two-roller systems.
COATING WB MATT
Water-based matt coating for paper and paperboard, with high transparency over printed areas. Offers fast drying and abrasion resistance.
BURDIN A1
Silicone emulsion with waxes and antistatic agents for heatset web presses. Forms a uniform film that protects the paper web against abrasion and shear.
Cleaning and foam control
EUROCLEAN 60 V
Cleaner for conventional offset inks on blankets and rollers, for both coldset and sheetfed presses. Suitable for manual cleaning and automatic wash systems.
DESCALCIFICADOR
Cleaner for removing calcium deposits, varnish residue, gums and glazing from blankets and rollers. Helps restore the surface properties of the rubber.
DEFOAMER CONCENTRADO
Concentrated silicone and polysiloxane defoamer, designed for fast, effective foam control. The technical data sheet provides the recommended dosage.
Plate cleaner
MERKEPLATE
Printing plate cleaner and activator, suitable for all types of plates. Removes ink deposits, paper dust and oxidation, reactivating the plate.
Properties and directions for use
Properties. Acidic emulsion, free of chlorinated solvents, with slow evaporation and a flash point above 62 °C. Miscible with water for easy, residue-free removal. Contains a mild abrasive for greater cleaning power; does not damage the printing press and is economical in use.
Directions for use. Shake before use. Apply as supplied with a cloth, sponge or similar, then rinse with water.
The emulsion may separate during prolonged storage. This does not indicate loss of performance: vigorous shaking restores its usual condition.
